An angel taken from us too soon. Libby you’ll be remembered for always putting others needs before yours, for always having a kind and loving thought to pass on and most of all for a smile that never faded. Always walking in the fruits of the spirit Gone but never will be forgotten.

Never really go to know you Libby but I cried when you passed. I guess it’s because of the closeness you brought between great friends, Paul and Craig, the awesome friendship between Anna and Lindy! I wish your spirit the best in its next life and that it brings the love back to the universe that we surely need right now! God bless to your family! I’m so sorry for your loss!

Such fond memories of Libby, a caring, smiling and loving mum to you all. She even laughed through my 2 year old twins tackling her on the lawn out at the farm. Rest easy now and love and hugs to all of you.

So precious to have reconnected after so many years. Libby you were always gentle, kind and so positive. Have such special memories of our first meeting and great times in res, in those far off days. Then to have had the chance to reconnect in Hermanus. Rest well my beloved friend.

My memories of my gorgeous Aunty, are filled with beautiful smiles and happy laughter. Libs always saw the positive in any situation and was just so kind. I remember as a young child I told her I didn’t want the Christmas present she gave me because we already had one 🙈. She said no problem and whipped me into the present room and to my delight I found a substitute which I treasured for many years. For the record my parents were horrified at my bad behaviour and I cringe when I think about it now. But nothing was too big of an ask for Libs and no matter the situation she just smiled and loved. Her wonderful nicknames for people and ourselves always made us chuckle too. What a beautiful lady I had as an Aunty and Godmother. To Rob and family I know she leaves a gaping hole and my heart breaks for you all. Rest in peace our Libs, some comfort for us now is that you are reunited with Mark 🙏

Special, graceful and kind Aunty Libby, the world has lost an angel. You were adored by my dad who always spoke of you with such pride. Through my childhood and until dad passed, he always reminded others that his big sister was Rag Queen all those years ago. He was so very proud of you. I too, saw in you, the most beautiful woman, with strength, poise and compassion and was delighted to call you my Aunty. Rest in Peace now, to the one-of-a-kind, Libby Davenport. You are with your lost loved ones now including Mark, Robbie and many more. You are all missed.

Paula, Craig and Lindy, I am sending my love and healing to you in this difficult time my cousins. Uncle Rob, I am so sorry for your deep loss.
To all who loved her, time alone will heal but I am so grateful we can celebrate the life of one of the best people I have ever known.

Thank you for arranging for us to be a part of this occasion, even if from across the continent and not in person, I am there in spirit. Thinking of you all and love you very much. Natalie
