Oh mummy Sanya ! My dear loving mother , you nurtured me . You were a pillar of my strength ! Never thought even one day I would receive such breaking news . I feel heart broken , I feel lost for words , I feel so empty mummy ! This world is surely not our home . I shall forever cherish you . This was too soon , but God loves His best too . Mummy the world will never be the same without you. You have touched my life in so many ways. ……my daughter’s godmother too. Words can never express how empty and hurt I feel. We shared the same name too and you have been an angel in my life. May your lovely spirit rest in power. You are forever cherished, loved and appreciated ❤️😭

Dearest Gogo, you are already so missed. You welcomed me to the family from the very start. Your patience with my mistakes, kindness and faith have always been an inspiration. Your UK grandchildren love you so much and we are all sad we can’t be there in person. But you are, and always will be, in our hearts and part of our lives. We are happy you are now at peace and with your beloved Lord. God bless, and all our love, Sarah, Sophia and John. xxxx

Words cannot express the sadness that was felt on the day you left us. You were a gogo, a mother, a mentor and the most powerful praying woman I ever had the privilege to know.

You are loved, and you will be more than missed. You have touched so many lives. May you rest in eternal peace Gogo

Vatete Shumba (MaSibanda), I wish I could have been there in person to pay my last respects. You were too good to me!
I can still hear your voice echo in my ear “Muroora, vana vakadiiko iwe?” each time I spoke to you over the phone whilst I was here in the UK.
We had our good times in Hatfield andat St Martins Church. I can’t even forget those good old days we sat next to each other in St Martins Church Choir singing soprano and my daughters commenting that your voice and mine were pitched higher than others who sang soprano.
You were my mentor in Mothers Union and encouraged me to give time to God’s work. We shared God’s Word and prayed together unnumbered times. Thank you for being exemplary in presenting yourself and in leadership skills. We learnt a lot from you!
You fought a good life vatete. May the Lord remember all that you did in His vineyard. May your soul rest in eternal peace. Till we meet!
